The Election Commission provides voter files for candidates and campaigns and can be purchased at any time. Voter information cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, candidates may use the information for contacting voters.

- Maiden Name
- Registered Address
- Mailing Address
- Political Party
- Ward and Precinct

- Voting History (Back to 1998)
- Voting Districts (Legislative District, Board of Regents, etc.)

The cost of the file is $150.00. Updates are provided upon request for one year. Voter files can be paid for with cash or check.

Files are sold on a CD-ROM. The files are provided in Microsoft Access 2003 format, as well as a tab delimited text file. Please note that the file cannot be provided in a Microsoft Excel format because there are too many records.
